Bagnone offers charming shops, cafés and excellent restaurants, while the villa’s location allows easy exploration of the region. Within less than one hour, guests can reach both the Versilia coast and the spectacular villages of the Cinque Terre.
 

The surrounding region, Lunigiana, is often called “the land of a hundred castles” thanks to its extraordinary concentration of medieval fortresses scattered across the hills.
 

For those who prefer to stay close to home, the crystal-clear Bagnone river offers refreshing natural swimming spots, while the surrounding forests invite peaceful walks or mountain bike excursions through unspoiled landscapes.

The Villa

The house is arranged over two internal levels and offers spacious living areas designed for relaxation and convivial moments.

On the first floor, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, opening into a stunning frescoed living room furnished with sofas, armchairs and a fireplace.

From this elegant salon, doors open onto a large panoramic terrace, where sweeping views of the Apuan Alps and the surrounding green hills create the perfect setting for peaceful moments outdoors.
 

This level also includes:

• three double bedrooms

• two bathrooms

• a pantry

• internal staircase leading to the ground floor.
   

On the ground floor, guests will find a second fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a covered outdoor portico, where a large dining table and barbecue area create the ideal space for outdoor meals.
 

This level also features:

• a dining room

• a cosy sitting room with vaulted brick ceilings

• a double bedroom with arched ceiling

• one bathroom with shower

• an additional double bedroom with extra seating/pouf for a possible additional guest

• a second bathroom with shower.
   

 

Outdoor Spaces

The exterior spaces of Ca’ dal Sol are designed to fully embrace the beauty of the surrounding countryside.
 

Guests can enjoy:

• a large sunbathing area with 11 loungers, tables and umbrellas

• breathtaking views over the surrounding hills

• a panoramic relaxation area with jacuzzi
   

The five-seat jacuzzi includes coloured evening lighting and a Bluetooth sound system, allowing guests to relax while listening to their favourite music under the Tuscan sky.
 

A new panoramic swimming pool (10 x 4 meters) is currently under construction and will soon become an additional highlight of the property.
 

 

History & Restoration

The villa has been lovingly restored by its owner Fabio, whose family has owned the property for generations.
 

Originally belonging to his great-grandfather Giuseppe, the house dates back to the mid-19th century and was completed in the 1920s.
 

A beautiful Carrara marble sculpture of the Holy Family, dated 1927, can still be seen on the exterior of the villa.
 

Many historic features have been carefully preserved, including:

• original stone walls

• precious historic floors

• vaulted brick ceilings.
   

At the same time, the villa has been thoughtfully updated with modern eco-friendly systems to ensure comfort for today’s guests.
 

The upper floor includes air conditioning and mosquito screens, while the thick stone walls naturally keep the ground floor cool during the summer months.
