Marta Franciosi was born in Como in 1980 and spent her formative years between Northern Italy
and Lunigiana, a land that would later become both her home and professional vision.
After completing her studies, she pursued international experiences that shaped her global
perspective. She worked as a flight attendant in Barcelona and London, developing a deep
understanding of multicultural environments, precision, service excellence, and international
standards.
In 2010, Marta returned to Lunigiana with a clear entrepreneurial vision: to connect the
authenticity of this remarkable territory with the expectations of an international audience.
She founded The Land of the Moon as a boutique platform dedicated to luxury property
management and curated hospitality experiences. Through determination, strategic growth, and
an unwavering commitment to quality, the company evolved into The Land of the Moon srl in
2019 — strengthening its structure and expanding its scope.
