Carefully restored with great attention to its original character, the villa preserves the charm of traditional Tuscan architecture — stone walls, vaulted ceilings, fireplaces and warm natural materials — while providing comfort for modern living.

Surrounded by gardens and open countryside, the property features a private swimming pool (10 x 5 m), a charming courtyard and peaceful outdoor spaces where guests can fully enjoy the beauty of the landscape.

The picturesque medieval village of Bagnone, with its cafés, restaurants and local shops, is only a few minutes’ drive away.

The Villa

The villa is arranged over three floors, offering generous living areas and comfortable accommodation for large families or groups of friends.

On the ground floor, a large entrance hall leads to the main living spaces, including:

• a spacious country kitchen with fireplace and traditional wood oven

• a dining room

• a comfortable sitting room (with sofa bed for two additional guests)

• a storage room

• a bathroom

All rooms feature beautiful vaulted ceilings and have direct access to the courtyard, garden and swimming pool area.

On the first floor, guests will find:

• two master bedrooms

• a large bathroom with both bathtub and shower

• a cosy lounge area

On the second floor, there are:

• two additional master bedrooms (one en-suite)

• one twin bedroom

• a bathroom with shower

• a second lounge with fireplace

Outdoor Spaces

The outdoor areas are designed for relaxation and convivial moments in nature.

The property includes:

• a private swimming pool (10 x 5 meters) with spacious sunbathing area

• a garden with shaded areas under a pergola
