Set in a breathtaking position above two mountain streams — which give the villa its name — the property offers the rare sensation of standing at the prow of a ship, suspended above the forest canopy with uninterrupted views across the surrounding hills.

The Farmhouse

This beautifully restored stone farmhouse accommodates up to twelve guests in six elegant bedrooms, blending rustic authenticity with refined contemporary comfort.
 

On the ground floor, three charming double bedrooms — originally the ancient cantina of the farmhouse — open directly onto the outdoors through private entrances, creating a natural connection with the surrounding landscape.
 

These rooms share two beautifully designed bathrooms:

• one with both bathtub and shower

• one with a dedicated shower room.
   

On the upper floor, the sleeping area continues with:

• one en-suite double bedroom

• two additional double bedrooms, which can be arranged as twin rooms upon request
   

These rooms share a spacious and tranquil bathroom.
 

 

The Living Space

At the heart of Casa del Torrentello lies a magnificent open-plan living space, created from the original chestnut barn of the farmhouse.
 

With soaring ceilings and traditional chestnut cross beams, this room feels both impressive and deeply welcoming.
 

The custom-designed kitchen is a true centrepiece, featuring marble worktops, a professional oven and a large American fridge-freezer — perfect for preparing long convivial meals together.
 

The large dining table comfortably seats twelve guests, while the sitting area invites relaxation beside an open fireplace, complemented by a premium Bose sound system.
 

 

Outdoor Magic & Pools

From the living room, doors open onto a small panoramic terrace, ideal for morning coffee while the valley slowly awakens.

A few steps down lead to a shaded outdoor dining terrace, complete with a large table and a traditional pizza oven, overlooking breathtaking woodland views.
 

Broad stone steps descend further to a green lawn and one of the villa’s most spectacular features:

a stunning infinity swimming pool (10 x 5 meters) that appears to float above the forest.

As if suspended in the landscape, the pool merges visually with the endless green horizon.
 

Just below, water gently cascades into a hidden half-circle infinity plunge pool — a secret sanctuary carved into the hillside.
 

A wooden deck with soft outdoor sofas provides shaded comfort, while sun loungers and recliners surround the pool area, all facing the dramatic natural panorama.
