This large recently restored stone house is set on three floors: on the ground level the industrial kitchen offers enough space to prepare meals together; bathroom, big dining room with french-doors opening onto the patio area perfect for the summer dinners. This dining area in connected to the upper levels with external staircases.
The upper floors comprise a large unit with a sitting area on the first floor with stairs leading on the second level, with 4 bedroom ensuite and an additional common area with tv and books.
The left wing of the house comprises a nice equipped kitchen with table and chairs, twin bedroom, bathroom and picturesque double bedroom with fantastic covered portico with beautiful view.

The house can hosts a minimun of 12 pax up to 20. An additional appartment (kitchen with dining area, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and bathroom) and separate unit with a twin room, bathroom and mezzanine with double bedroom, are available in case of additional guests.

The outside area comprises an open portico with kitchen with oven for pizzas, bbq and sink; fantastic private 7x12 mt pool with porch, sunbeds and view over the green valley.

The last part of the road to access the property is a dirt track.

All the outside areas, including the swimming pool, are of the exclusive use of the guests.
