The accomodation is on two floors and comprises on ground floor an open plan fully fitted kitchen and built in dining area and living room with beamed ceilings and fireplace. Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms, a family bathroom with full lenght bath and separate shower cubicle, a further wc and a Landing/study area with picture window overlooking the stream. There is also a separate garage and utility room with access from the courtyard. On the lower level are storage rooms that once housed the mills' machinery. There is a stone flagged courtyard with vine pergola, pizza oven and barbecue and a paved terrace overlooking the river. The land extends to 2300 sqm.
