Casa Serati is a carefully restored detached stone house with swimming pool, terraced garden and panoramic view on the surrounding hills and on the historic bridge over the river.
Immerse in the nature you will feel part of the characteristic stone village and the woods around. The family provides also fresh eggs from their chickens. A unique retreat from city caos still 10 mins from the Medieval village of Pontremoli with all amenities. The House is on 2 floors and offers enough space for max 5 people. Accomodation comprises an open-plan kitchen-dining and sitting room (with sofa bed) with beamed cealing on the ground floor; few steps lead to the upper level which comprises a double bedroom and a single bedroom both with amazing view from the Juliet balconies over the forest and the valley; bathroom with shower and small hallway. Additional space for dining and external terrace with bbq.
A lovely courtyard with table and chairs offers you to opportunity to enjoy sunsets together with the terraced garden and the refreshing swimming pool (6x5 mt) for the hot summer days. The swimming pool is under construction and will be available by half May 2020.
